Simulation and offline programming

Nowadays, there is less and less time to build lines. Offline programming and simulation are one of possible ways how to save precious time. I offer simulation and offline programming of robotic workplaces for machining, MIG/MAG, resistance and laser welding and plasma cutting. The most common cooperation is based on information given by a customer, such as: preferred robot mark, torch or shaft type, workpiece model and workplace characteristics. Based on these parameters, I suggest an appropriate robot, position of TCP and workpiece. After the construction has been designed, I verify the accessibility (whether the robot is able to get to every welds, machined places) and prepare the program. I provide construction and production of fixtures to a limited extend, only. After the installation I make a precise measurement of the workplace and the final programs are modified in accordance with the real conditions.
